Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sunday or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order in real-time through our website or the courier partner's website.
Delivery Attempts: Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us and you'll receive a full refund.
