Conditions for Returns
- • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- • All original tags and packaging must be intact
- • Items on sale or purchased with coupons are eligible for returns
- • Intimate wear and accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Store Credits
Note: All returns are processed as store credits which can be used for future purchases on BunieBox. Store credits never expire and can be used on any product.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate wear (bras, underwear), swimwear, earrings, and beauty products.
