Conditions for Returns

• • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• • All original tags and packaging must be intact
• • Items on sale or purchased with coupons are eligible for returns
• • Intimate wear and accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

How to Return

1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
2. Select the item you wish to return
3. Click on "Return Item" and select reason
4. Our courier partner will pick up the item from your address
5. Once received and verified, refund will be processed

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
